Thank you.

Phonic FM is Exeter’s sound alternative — a community radio station for the city and beyond, broadcasting on 106.8FM and online since 2008.
Onionheart Radio + Track 1, Side 1

Onionheart Radio + Track 1, Side 1

With Michael Harvey. A celebration of the album. Tracks from albums old and new with occasional guest co-hosts. Sometimes themed with the likes of ‘ten from ten’, ‘fantasy album’ and ‘listeners choice’ features, where the premise is what would you play if you were given just one two radio programme?

‘Track 1, Side 1’ is an additional themed monthly programme.

What brought you to Phonic FM?

I have been with Phonic since year one.

What does Phonic FM mean to you?

It gets me out the house! I have always enjoyed the anonymity of radio.

What do you do when you’re not on Phonic FM?

Onionheart used to be an independent record store based in Exmouth but it closed as a physical store a few years back. It has continued online. I have always worked within music retail.

How do radio presenters do it?

I always consider it a very enjoyable hobby.
