Disputes and Complaints
We strive hard to maintain a code of conduct, which is signed by all members. However, if you are unhappy or offended by any of the output please contact the station, either by e-mailing Phonic FM’s chair, Dr David Treharne, on firstname.lastname@example.org or writing to him at the above address. We will do our very best to deal with any complaints or disputes to your satisfaction.
If the above complaints procedure is, for any reason, unsatisfactory you can contact the UK communications regulator, Ofcom. Phonic FM is a volunteer-run organisation and therefore you may experience some delays in requests for information.
