With the tenth anniversary of 9/11 approaching two free screenings of independent documentaries questioning the official version of the events of September 11th 2001 will be shown in Exeter this week.
Press for Truth a film about 911 families search for the truth will be shown on Wednesday 7th September at 7pm at Exeter Phoenix.
9/11 Revisited, a film exploring how the laws of physics could have been suspended on 9/11 will be screened on Saturday 10th September at 5pm at Exeter Phoenix.
John Yates, who organises the Unreported World, screenings, explained: “If you are not familiar with Press for Truth, it is a remarkable tale of women who lost loved ones on 9/11. The Jersey Girls give inspiration to all that feel the big issues are too big to confront alone.
“These women and male colleagues confronted the entire US establishment to historic effect – although little reported. This is their story.”
He added: “More than 13 Devon lads have been killed in Helmand Province, Afghanistan and many more grievously injured in a war who’s 10th anniversary follows that of the officially pronounced cause of the invasion – the events of September 11th 2001.
“Is there a duty on society to reflect on the momentous events of September 11th and the resultant never ending War on Terror?
“Are we confident about the official theory on 9/11, on weapons of mass destruction and the 45 minute alarm call?”
