Ann Mitchell plays popular music from 60s, 70s, some 80s and a little bit of 90s and 2000s – interspersed with her passion for wildlife and the latest goings-on in the skies, waterways and fields around Devon.
What does Phonic FM mean to you?
Great to have community radio as well as the big media players. Really part of its local community.
What do you do when you’re not on Phonic FM?
Volunteer with RSPB, Devon Wildlife Trust, and do some wildlife photography. Anything to do with wildlife!
How do radio presenters do it?
Friendly, relaxed and not too sophisticated. Create a good connection with the audience – as if they were sitting in the studio with you.
