The Old Firehouse, Exeter presents Easter Sunday Music, Cider and Ale Festival 31st March 2013.

In celebration of the Easter Bank Holiday the Old Firehouse presents a highly unusual and special night of live music and performance featuring Beltane Border Morris, Jabbrock and Phonic FM’s SOUNDCRASH! DJs playing tunes throughout the night.

Beltane Border Morris are returning to the Old Firehouse for the second time to perform their spectacular border morris dances accompanied by live medieval-style music. “With dynamic dancing, earthy percussive music and miles of fishnet Beltane put on an impressive and enjoyable show”.  Starting at 8.30pm.

Jabbrock are a talented original live dub/reggae band who blend soulful melodies with deep, elevating grooves and solid bass lines. They will be taking to the stage at 23.30.

Phonic FM’s SOUNDCRASH! DJs shall be playing a Medieval mash-up following Beltane Border, then moving into ska, dub and gypsy folk/punk later in the evening, with a possible dash of 60s garage/psych thrown into the mix.

Homemade roast lunches from midday. Farmhouse ciders and local ales from the cask. Homemade pizzas from 5pm.
