Easy listening with an emphasis on contemporary folk and local artists.

I can usually identify with the contents of the lyrics and connect with the music on an emotional level.
What is the format of your show?
Music interspersed with items to inspire you to make positive choices in your life.
Why should we listen to your show?
To make the world a better place!
How did your show come about?
I helped Laura Newton to present her Sunday afternoon cookery show a couple of times and really enjoyed it. So when she vacated the spot at the end of 2011, I volunteered to take over. As I don’t know a lot about cookery but am very interested in helping people improve their lives, I created Happy Sundays which also partly fills the role of the former mid-week Wellbeing show.
What goes on behind the scenes in the studio?
Unexpected miracles and random acts of kindness.
What has been your best on air moment?
Making scones in the studio on Laura’s show (We didn’t really!)
